In the framework of the REC project, five video making workshops (REC Labs) to prevent violence among youth were developed and implemented over a 10-month period. 10 youth workers, 3 EVS volunteers and more than 120 youngsters from different countries and background were involved in the programme and had the chance to create a unique collection of experimental videos which aim is to raise awareness about violence and contribute to the creation of more inclusive and respectful communities.
The REC Documentary Film has been produced to show through images and through the voices of the people involved in the project what this experience meant to them.
