Upon the completion of the REC programme, partners are carrying out local exhibitions to show the outcomes of their audiovisual creation experience.
In the framework of the REC project, these events are really important not only to disseminate the methodology but also to spread the messages of the young people who were involved in the activities. Those reflections carried out during the REC labs need to be heard by other young people, youth workers, policy makers and by the general audience if we want to promote a real change.
FundaciĆ³n INTRAS carried out three local exhibitions (a face-to-face and two online events), during which the five videos created in the framework of the REC labs in Valladolid (Spain) were showed and appreciated by the audience who recognized the importance to provide young people with opportunities to express their thoughts, emotions, concerns, and fears in a creative way.
The project aroused the interest of several entities that, like FundaciĆ³n INTRAS, promote equality and inclusion of all people and that consider the audiovisual medium as a very powerful resource to work with young people on complex issues such as bullying, cyberbullying or gender-based violence.
